Red Wine Salt Crusted Tri‑Tip with Herb Jus

Cooking ingredients

  • 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled/deveined
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp TSR Tequila Salt
  • Zest of 1 orange and 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
Red Wine Salt Crusted Tri‑Tip with Herb Jus

Do it

  1. Toss shrimp with oil, Tequila Salt, citrus zest and juice.
  2. Skewer and grill/broil 2–3 min/side until just opaque.
  3. Finish with a micro‑pinch of Tequila Salt.

Tip for cooking

Killer with roasted potatoes or a simple arugula salad.
