Ivy has loved cooking since childhood — it’s how she connected with the people she loved. When a simple experiment with red wine and salt turned into a love story with her husband Koby, The Salted Roots was born. With her grandpa’s memory close, her mom labeling jars late into the night, and Koby sharing the dream every step of the way, The Salted Roots has grown into a business rooted in everything Ivy holds dear.
